Where do you ship?

We ship to anywhere in North America and select International countries (see full list below). If you want your country to be included in the shipping options, please send me an email.

**Custom fees, Tariffs and other import fees will be covered by the buyer.**

NOT currently shipping to EU due to new GPSR restrictions

I will re-enable the EU shipping once I have the paperwork for the new requirements.

All shipped orders are tracked and you'll be provided with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

*Shipping rates provided at checkout are estimates provided by our courier and vary greatly even within the same province or state. Shipping overcharge will be refunded once your order is packed and we have the final shipping rate from our courier.

Is there a pickup option?

Pay for shipping on checkout and I will refund you the shipping cost if you are able to pick up your order at my address in Toronto. Please email louised.ceramics@gmail.com so we can make arrangements.

How are orders packed?

Every order made at LouiseD Ceramics is packaged with utmost care. Each piece is individually wrapped in layers of recyclable and reusable honeycomb craft paper and placed in a cardboard box filled with packing peanuts or shredded paper. I use compostable materials for my fillers, and maybe an odd recycleable air bag to make the box tight.

Fun fact: The packing peanuts are biodegradable, meaning that they can be dissolved if put in water or reused for other packaging needs! Please reuse or compost where possible.

My piece arrived damaged, what should I do?

While every order is securely packaged to the best of my abilities, I cannot guarantee what happens once the package has been dropped off at the shipping facility :( In the unfortunate event that your piece arrives damaged, please email louised.ceramics@gmail.com with photos of the damages within 2 days of receiving it and we can try to work something out!

What's your return policy?

Every piece at LouiseD Ceramics is completely handmade from a ball of stoneware clay and comes with its own flaws and imperfections. Due to its handmade nature, each piece is truly unique and there are no two pieces that look identical. Pieces with notable and significant flaws are noted in the product description and as such, orders are final and non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Prior to placing an order, please ensure that you've reviewed any highlighted flaws and photos to get the most accurate idea of the piece that you'll be receiving.
