WARNING: the hold handle can still get really hot when the cup is filled with boiling water or heated in the microwave.
The hold handle is left unglazed so you can feel the smooth stone texture of the granite clay and to ease in gripping the cup.
Each cup is one-of-a-kind and slow-made. It takes several hours to make due to the intricate design of the holds. Every hold is sculpted, smooth and painted all by hand, no two cups are alike!
Being handmade, each individual piece may vary slightly in color, size and shape. Slight imperfections are an imprint of the handmade process.
Materials
This cup is formed, altered and trimmed on a pottery wheel and is made out of stoneware clay. After firing twice to 1000~degree Celsius in a kiln, the clay turns to ceramic and the glaze coating turns to a glossy glass interior, with a smooth unglazed finish on the exterior.
All clay and glazes are FOOD SAFE.

Not recommended to put in dishwasher.
